These links open the Department of Basic Education (DBE) Annual Teaching Plan (ATP) files for Grade 10 only. For Grades 11 and 12, see the FET ATP page.
For 2026, DBE Circular S19 of 2025 keeps the 2023/2024 ATPs for most Grade 10 subjects. Computer Applications Technology (CAT) and Information Technology (IT) are the exceptions, so check those two files against the DBE FET ATP page before you plan. The DBE page also lists a separate Physical Sciences (2024) file, which is now included below.
Term 4 of 2026 runs from 6 October to 9 December for learners. Use the ATP week numbers with the 2026 school calendar, and check your school’s own exam timetable for Grade 10 exam dates. New to ATPs? Read how to use the DBE ATPs.
CAPS 123 is not the Department of Basic Education. Always check a file against the official DBE ATP page and your school or district before you plan.
