Izinhloso Zezifundo:

Isichazamazwi:

  1. Ukudla okunempilo – Ukudla okunikeza umzimba wakho amavithamini, amaminerali, namandla afanele.
  2. Ama-vithamini – Amalutha (substances) atholakala ekudleni asiza ukuthuthukisa impilo yomzimba.
  3. Ama-minerali – Izakhi zomzimba ezibalulekile ezisiza ekuthuthukiseni impilo yezinhlaka zomzimba.
  4. Iziyobisi – Izithako ezenza ukudla kuthengeke isikhathi eside kodwa kungenzeki kube okunempilo.
  5. Ukuzijwayeza ukudla okunempilo – Ukudla izidlo ezihlanganiswe kahle futhi okwenza umzimba uphilile.

Ukufunda Kwangaphambilini:

Abafundi bake bafunda ngezigaba ezahlukene zekudla njengokukhuluma ngokudla kwekilasi elandulele, kanye nokubaluleka kokuhlanzeka lapho upheka ukudla.

Izibikezelo Zezinselelo Nezixazululo:

  • Inselelo: Abanye abafundi bangase babe nobunzima ekuhlukaniseni ukudla okunempilo nokungekho mnandi.
    Isixazululo: Nikeza izibonelo eziningi nezithombe ukusiza abafundi babone umehluko.
  • Inselelo: Abanye abafundi bangase babe nezifo ezidinga ukudla okhethekile.
    Isixazululo: Hlola othisha bezempilo ukuze uqiniseke ukuthi zonke izinhloso zezempilo zifunelwa.

Imisebenzi Yesiqalo (4 imizuzu):

  1. Qalisa ngokuthi othisha basebenzise izithombe ezikhangisa ukudla okuhlukahlukene.
  2. Chaza izinhloso zesifundo kubafundi.

Imisebenzi Ephakathi (32 imizuzu):

  1. Ukufundisa ngokuqondile (10 imizuzu):
  2. Buza abafundi ukuthi bangalichaza kanjani ukudla okunempilo.
  3. Batshele ngosizo lwamakhadi nezithombe, uchaza umehluko phakathi kokudla okunempilo nokungekho mnandi.
  4. Ukuzijwayeza ngezandla (12 imizuzu):
  5. Bambise abafundi ngamakhadi okunomswakama abanikeza amakhodi abanzi okufanele ahleliswe.
  6. Hlela abafundi ibe yizigaba ezimbili. Iqembu lokuqala lihlela ukudla okunempilo, elinye lihlela ukudla okungekho mnandi.
  7. Ukuzijwayeza ngokuzimela (10 imizuzu):
  8. Yenza abafundi babhale uhlu lwamashumi amahlanu amaningi wokudla abanqobile ngokuthela phezulokudla okunempilo nokungekho mnandi.

Imisebenzi Yokuphetha (4 imizuzu):

  1. Umbuzo wokugcina: Buza abafundi ukuthi babalule okungenani ukudla oku-3 okunempilo abakufundile kulesi sifundo.
  2. Hambisa izincwadi zomafuji ukuze abafundi babhale izibonelo zokudla okunempilo ezizothathwa ekhaya.

Ukuhlola Nokubheka Ukuqonda:

  1. Ukuhlola amakhadi abafundi
  2. Ukuhlola izingxoxo eziqondile zokudla okunempilo
  3. Ukubheka izincwadi zomafuji zabafundi njengoba bephuma egunjini lokufunda

Izindlela Zokuhlukilekile Zokufunda:

  • Hlanganisa ukusetshenziswa kwemifanekiso yezithombe kumphawu lwabasebenzi abanezinselele ezikhubazekile.
  • Nikeza abafundi abaphambili ukuzama ukwenza uhlu olude noma bazame ukunikeza olunye ulwazi ekudleni.

Amanothi Okufundisa:

  • Hlola izibonelo ukuze uqinisekise ukuthi abafundi baqonda kahle.
  • Uzame ukuphendula imibuzo futhi ukhuthaze inkulumo ecacileyo ukuze kugcinwe umfundi ngamunye ngokuhlangene.
  • Qinisekisa ukuthi zonke izinto zokusebenza zitholakala kubafundi ngokulandela izidingo ezithile.
