- Learners born outside South Africa: passport or refugee/asylum seeker permit in learner’s name
Immunisation Card:
- Required for pre-primary and primary school applications (e.g., Road to Health Chart)
Latest Academic Report:
- Most recent official school report or academic record
Proof of Residence:
- Rates account, lease agreement, or a police-station-issued affidavit confirming residence
